With Drama and Movement Therapist, Noelle Adames
DATE/TIME: Thursday, 10th June, 6:30-9:30pm
About the Workshop:
This small group workshop for actors, writers and other creatives isn’t therapy BUT:
- it can help you discover blocks in your creative process
- it can help identify what’s blocking your progress
- it will help you to share your story
- it will be fun
With Noelle’s guidance, you will use a variety of exercises, storytelling, movement and play to unblock what is holding you back and help clear the way to your creative post-lockdown path.
